By accessing or using HireTrekk ("the Service") at hiretrekk.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HireTrekk is a job search and application management platform that helps users discover job opportunities, manage applications, and optimize resumes for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
• One account per person. Do not share your credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute any data from the Service without permission
• Use the Service to send spam or engage in fraudulent activity
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures
• Use automated tools to access the Service in ways that degrade performance for others
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

5. Payments and Refunds

Paid plans (Monthly and Lifetime) are processed securely through Razorpay. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account — cancellation takes effect immediately and your plan is set to Free. Lifetime plans are non-refundable after 7 days from purchase. For refund requests within 7 days, use our Contact page and select "Account or billing" as the subject.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and software on HireTrekk are the property of HireTrekk or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

7. Job Data Disclaimer

Job listings displayed on HireTrekk are aggregated from third-party job portals. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legitimacy of any job listing. Always verify job postings directly with the employer.

8. Limitation of Liability

HireTrekk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed job opportunities, employment decisions, or data loss.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us through the Contact page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
