1. The National Sponsor Atlas
Every employer in the United States that petitioned for an H-1B worker, as a spreadsheet you can filter and sort yourself — 33,331 employers with company, city, state, industry, how many people they brought in from outside, how many petitions were denied, and whether they are cap-exempt.
If you are willing to move for the right employer — and most people in this position are — a list limited to one metro is the wrong tool. This is all fifty states, and it is yours to sort however you like.
2. The Evidence Builder
Two of the nine routes need no employer and no labour certification: EB-1A and the EB-2 National Interest Waiver. You petition for yourself. Which means the only thing standing between you and a filing is evidence.
- All ten EB-1A regulatory criteria under 8 CFR 204.5(h)(3), each in plain English, with what actually satisfies it and what reliably does not.
- The two-step structure officers actually apply — counting criteria first, then a final merits determination — and why clearing three criteria on paper is necessary but not sufficient.
- The three-prong Dhanasar test for the National Interest Waiver, prong by prong, with what evidence speaks to each.
- The EB-1B and exceptional-ability criteria, for the people those fit better.
- A self-audit scoring sheet, so you can see where you actually stand today.
- A twelve-month build plan for the gaps — judging, selective memberships and press are the three most commonly built from a standing start, and all three are reachable deliberately.
3. Everything in the other two tiers
The Pathway Workbook, The Sponsorship Playbook, and the 51-page Cap-Exempt Directory. Nothing is held back.
How you get it
Your download is available the moment your payment completes. Everything is a file, yours to keep. There is nothing to schedule, nothing to wait for, and nothing you have to send us.
What this is not
This is research and education, not legal advice. HireTrekk is not a law firm. We are not attorneys or accredited representatives. We do not prepare, review or file immigration forms, and we do not represent you before USCIS, the Department of Labor or any other agency. We cannot guarantee any outcome, and nobody honestly can.
Every claim we make cites the government source it came from, with the date we checked it, so you can verify all of it yourself. Immigration rules change and individual cases turn on facts we cannot verify. Confirm anything you intend to act on with a licensed US immigration attorney before you act on it.

Questions people ask
Is this legal advice?
No. HireTrekk is a research and education service. We are not a law firm, we are not attorneys or accredited representatives, and we do not prepare, review or file forms or represent you before any agency. Every claim cites its government source, so you can verify all of it yourself.
When do I get it?
Your download is available the moment your payment completes. Everything is a file, yours to keep. There is nothing to schedule and nothing to wait for.
How do I find employers who sponsor?
Section 5 is entirely about that. Every H-1B petition and every labour certification in the United States is a public record — USCIS publishes the employers, the Department of Labor publishes the job titles and wages. The workbook names each file and shows you how to read it, including how to tell an H-1B sponsor from a green card sponsor, which are not the same thing.
Will this get me a green card?
No, and nobody can promise that. What it does is make sure you are not spending years on the slowest route open to you, or missing a deadline nobody mentioned.
How current is it?
It states the Visa Bulletin month it was built against and carries the date every source was checked. We re-check the bulletin monthly and fees quarterly.
